Phil was born 1/25/48, in LeMars, IA and was raised on thefamily farm near Kingsley, IA. He graduated from Kingsley-Pierson HighSchool in 1966. He attended Iowa State University and received hisdegree from Westmar College in 1970. Phil married Ann (Ostdiek) Bradish,11/2/86 inKauai, HI. They lived and worked in Omaha and moved toScottsdale in 1987. He was founder and CEO of Enterprise HealthCareSystems & MDPlus software in the Phoenix area. Phil's passions werefamily, friends, business, golf and was and avid classic car buff. Funeral services were held Saturday at the Hansen Desert Hills Chapel inScottsdale, AZ.
